During the sessions each CMAA Instructor in attendance will be asked to teach something from their own style.

2. A set of focus mitts for pad drills.
*At the end of the course any time served black belt grade promotions that are due (4th Dan/Degree and over) will be announced and awarded. Any Instructors who are due please get in touch asap.
