The CMAA fully supports the concept of the Government and Sports Council Club Mark through all Sports. In short the development of "safe, effective and child friendly clubs".

With that in mind we have developed our own award based on the same principals and ideals to ensure high standards within both member and non-member clubs.

As more and more Local Authorities are asking for some kind of "Kite Mark" the CMAA Centre or Excellence Award is optional for all to apply for should they require it and helps to show that a club provides a high standard of service to it's students. To gain the Award the club must qualify in 5 basic areas, click 'Award Criteria' above to view them.
